Hands On From Day One

A pizza business built one batch at a time.

BIG Pizza began with hands-on recipe development and a frozen pizza line made on Hawai‘i Island. That work taught us what we value: patient dough, careful preparation, and pizza people are excited to share.

The restaurant at Waikoloa Highlands is our next chapter. It brings tavern-style pizza, Detroit-style pizza, wings, salad, and sports together in one welcoming neighborhood place.

Frozen pizza remains part of our story. We plan to offer it from the restaurant after opening, with final availability announced when confirmed.
