Big Pizza is the first frozen pizza brand made from scratch in the state of Hawai‘i. Handcrafted in small batches on the Big Island.

The Craft

A two-day pursuit of perfect crust.

We mix, fold, and cold-ferment our dough for a full 48 hours. That patience builds flavor, structure and that signature crackly chew you only find in old-school taverns. No shortcuts. No fillers. Just flour, water, salt and time.

Every pie is hand-stretched, sauced and topped in our Waimea kitchen, then flash frozen so it tastes like it just came out of our oven when you bake it at home.

  • San Marzano Tomatoes. Bright, balanced, grown in California. The gold standard for pizza sauce.
  • Whole-Milk Mozzarella. Low-moisture, shredded fresh from the block for the perfect melt and char.
  • Pecorino Romano. Sharp sheep's-milk cheese shaved from the loaf, never pre-grated.
  • Quality Meats & Vegetables. Real pepperoni, real Italian sausage, real bacon, real produce.

We're proud to be Hawai‘i's first frozen pizza brand. Everything we make starts and ends right here in Waikoloa, supporting local jobs, serving local families, and putting the Big Island on the pizza map.
